How To Measure Your Body
1. Chest
Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape horizontal under your arms.
2. Shoulder Width
Measure from the tip of one shoulder bone across your upper back to the tip of the other.
3. Waist
Measure around your natural waistline where your trousers normally sit comfortably.
